It’s Friday. Like the rest of us, you’re probably happy the work week is over and getting ready for the weekend. Making plans, calling friends, thinking about who you might run into and what you’re going to wear.

Somewhere, in the hustle and bustle of ending your work week and starting your weekend, find five minutes just to be still and quiet. Before you rush into the Friday afternoon traffic, just sit in your car for five minutes and breathe. Or, as you walk into your home, turn off your cell phone and just sit in your room alone for five minutes and just be. You don’t have to meditate, just sit there in silence.
