Successful Change Agents

Posted on March 13, 2012

When it comes to successfully creating a truly awesome life, there is only one kind of woman who can make it happen. The woman who understands that she is responsible for her own happiness-that she is responsible for the choices she makes in life-is the one who reaps success.

I like to call these women Successful Changes Agents (SCA’s) because they have learned how to be agents of change in order to create successful lives. {I define success as creating a life you love to live}

But just because I know how to be an SCA doesn’t mean I always act like one. I can tell when I’m being an Alice or A Sign Person because I feel powerless, scared, insecure and usually a little pissed off as well. {Take note-giving away your power often results in feeling angry}

I can tell when I’m being an SCA because I feel empowered, strong, confident and solid. For me personally, checking in with the way I feel about things on a day-to-day basis helps keep me accountable to who I’d like to be.

If you’ve identified your own personal change personality as an Alice or a Sign Person, you may be wondering how you can shift to a more empowered way of creating change in your life. You may be wondering what exactly a person who creates successful change does.

For the beginning of this month, I’ve described the two most common dysfunctional ways to deal with change. Now it’s time to take a look at what successful women-SCA’s-do differently…
