Problems and Solutions

If you don’t let someone know that you have a problem, it’s completely unrealistic to think that they will come up with a solution for you.

And addressing problems doesn’t mean that the other person is responsible for finding the solutions. Very often, the person with the problem is going to have to figure out the solution and articulate it.

Your problems in your relationships really are your problems. Which means you need to take responsibility for how you’d like them solved.
